Dr. Tanya Cotler, Clinical Psychologist

Dr. Tanya Cotler

Tanya Cotler, adult and child clinical psychologist, author and acclaimed speaker has a particular interest in supporting women as they prepare for and adjust to pregnancy, birth and all that is motherhood. As both an adult and child clinical psychologist she is uniquely able to understand and relate to parents and their children. With over 15 years of training and experience, Dr. Tanya has honed her skills in working with anxiety, depression, relationship issues,  trauma and relational trauma across the lifespan. Her approach focuses heavily on the primary attachment relationship between parent and child – as a way to understand patterns, thoughts and behaviours at any age. She weaves mindfulness- the importance of present centred awareness and compassion - into all her work.

Sarah Rosensweet - Peaceful Parenting Coach 

Sarah Rosensweet

Sarah Rosensweet is a certified peaceful parenting coach, speaker, and educator, and the parenting advice columnist for Canada’s Globe and Mail newspaper. She lives in Toronto with her husband and three big kids (ages 12, 15, and 19). Peaceful parenting is a non-punitive, connection-based approach that uses firm limits with lots of empathy.
