Where do you ship?
My Kindness Calendar ships products worldwide.
When will my order ship?
You will receive a notification via email once your order has shipped. Orders will be fulfilled approximately 1-5 business days from receipt of the order.
Please note that products may ship separately (including items in our Holiday Bundles).
How long will it take to receive my order?
Shipping times vary depending on the location that the order is being shipped to, however standard shipping takes approximately 4-10 business days within North America once shipped from major cities. Shipping to rural locations will take longer. International orders can take up to 4 weeks once shipped. Delivery times are not guaranteed and do not account for any time your order may be held at customs.
My Kindness Advent Calendar orders can be tracked. My Mindset Magnets and Add-on Decal Sets will be shipped via regular mail and cannot be tracked.
Orders may experience a delay this year due to increased shipping demand due to the Covid-19 pandemic. Unfortunately these delays are beyond our control.
How much does shipping cost?
Add-On Decal Sheets ship for free.
For My Kindness Advent Calendar and My Mindset Magnets, we offer $5 flat fee shipping per item to any location in North America, and $15 flat fee shipping per item for international locations, at standard rates. Express shipping is also available within North America.
Can my order be tracked?
My Kindness Advent Calendar orders can be tracked within North America. My Mindset Magnets and Add-on Decal Sets will be shipped via regular mail and cannot be tracked. All International orders do not include tracking.
What about customs, duties, and taxes?
For Canadian orders taxes are applied and charged at checkout. For US & International orders, taxes and duties are based on your location and are charged at customs. My Kindness Calendar is not responsible for any duties or custom fees incurred upon delivery.
What is your Return Policy?
All orders are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. In the event that your calendar has been damaged in transit or for other exceptional circumstances, please contact us at email@example.com.
